Lougin, the owner of Moolahelper.com is now back up. Because he recently just became a father he was away from Moola for a while and was unable to fix the problem right away. But now its back, so good luck everyone.

First Cash Out
Argh... I just can't seem to make any progress lately. After losing about $30 dollars, I decided it is time to make my first cash out. I am cashing out about $95 $90 which will leave me about $.30. So I am practically stating from nothing again. It will be interesting to see how long it will take me to get back to $100 as well as find out how long it will take for me to get my check. I will update everyone as soon as I get my check.
Edit: Corrected cash out amount

Paypal Cash Outs
After a reading through a large amount of posts requesting Paypal as a form of cashing out and a few months of hearing the admins tell us that the feature is coming. It has FINALLY been added to the cashout system! This is great news... why? Because this will mean that members will not have to complain about banks charging a fee for cashing in a foreign check. But more importantly, this MIGHT mean that we will get our money faster. This definitely means we don't have to stare at the mailbox waiting for a check.
However, there are two catches.
1. You need to cash out once via a check to have the Paypal option activated. This will allow Moola's security team to go through their process first.
2. Your Paypal account needs to be a verified account.
In my opinion, these are reasonable requests. Moola, Thanks for listening to your members requests.

Month Report: November
I took a "break" from playing on Moola.com for the month of November. It was a combination of me getting a promotion at work as well as the girlfriend complaining that I was spending to much time on the computer. So besides the first week of November, most of my the time I spent on Moola was either on the forums or using the search & win wheel. On the 6th of November, it was the booster blitz and that helped me surpass my goal of hitting $100. It was after the blitz that I decided to stop playing as much. I spun the wheel 83 times this month for a total of $4.87.
Once again, like every other month, I seem to be winning my lower level games just fine, but when I try to play a higher level game, my odds of winning just seems horrible. I know this is just an assumption, but I think part of the problem is the addition of the new event feed. As you can see by looking at my chart, when I started playing again at the end of the month, my balance started to decrease again. Sure it could be that I was rusty, but I just don't want to admit that.
By any means, my new goal for December is to hit $250. Sure this may not seem like a huge goal, but with the amount of time I have left to play, I think I will have a hard time reaching this goal.
September Consisted Of:
51 Games of Hi/Lo (25 Wins, 8 Tied, 18 Losses)
170 Games of Gold Rush (86 Wins, 20 Tied, 64 Losses)
83 Search & Win Spins
39 Referral Boosters
40 Booster Blitz
Lessons Learned:
1. Not a big fan of the event feed
2. Booster Blitz is awesome!
3. Avoid playing Doremi. Shes to good!

Event Feed
Love it or hate it, the new event feed is here to stay (for now at least). Personally, I am not thrilled about the existence of such a feed. Mainly because the feed destroys the purpose of being anonymous in higher level games. I understand that it is there to assure questioning/new/curious members that there are people winning higher level games, but it also gives away peoples Gold Rush strategies. There has been numerous times in which I was able to figure out who I was playing by just keeping the feed open in a different window. Because there aren't as many players on the higher level games, it is easy to distinguish who you were playing and assume that you will be playing them again in the next game. After playing the same person a few times, you can adjust your strategy to work around your opponents strategy.
Sure, I found it interesting when I saw someone win $600+ in a Hi/Lo game, or when I see the amount of referral bonuses being handed out. But I do not think this feed is worth sacrificing my strategy that had been working just fine before.

A New Gold Rush Solver
As I was reading the forums today, someone mentioned MoolaSolvers.com. The site claims that the tool provides the users with at least a 50% chance of winning it's games. I have not personally used this tool in a game, but from just messing around with it, my impression is that it can be very useful. If you have read my previous posts, you may realize that I am very interested in looking at statistics. This is one aspect I like about the site which other solvers do not have. The site will give you stats on wins and losses so you can see how well solver has performed to date. As of this posting, the current win % of the solver is 59.8%. Give it a shot!
If you do use the solver, let me know how it works, I will update this post when I find time to mess around.
